MemberXG Admin and user maintenance

Use this screen to add, update, and delete administrator accounts and search for and view the member's email accounts and log in details.

Access User Maintenance

Home > System Administration > MemberXG > User Maintenance

The User Maintenance tab includes Admin Management and User Management.

Hint: You can filter and print the table information. See Filter, Export from table and Print from table for more information.

Admin Management—Add, update, and delete administrator email/username accounts. You can specify the type of account access, either Fund Office or Open Enrollment. See Manage MemberXG admin accounts.

User Management—Search for and view a registered member's dependents, username/email, and last log on date, and more. You can also delete inactive member user accounts. See Find and view user accounts.
